Foodie Friday – The Country Chick’s, Greek Yogurt Fruit Dip

by Kari Scott on August 5, 2016

One of my favorite healthy snacks during these hot AL Summer’s we have is not frozen yogurt {sometimes those toppings make it a little unhealthy, but oh so worth it} but my favorite healthy treat is fruit. I could probably eat fruit all day, every day, and my favorite way is taking fruit in the cooler to the beach and enjoying it while relaxing on our beautiful AL Gulf Coast. When I saw this Greek Yogurt Fruit Dip from Michelle at The Country Chick (featured below), I knew this would be the perfect addition to our cooler for this weekends beach trip.

I love recipes like this because they are not only delicious but it’s a quick snack that you can whip up for a quick snack for the kids or you and a few friends but also it’s perfect for any unexpected guests that may drop by. This dip can be made and ate right away, so there is no time needed for it to set or anything so go mix some up right now.
Another great idea with the first day of school coming up is to make these and take them in for the class snack that morning or make a few fruit trays with this Greek Yogurt Fruit Dip to set in the Teachers Lounge and Office to start their day out great as well! Make sure to visit The Country Chick Blog and grab this recipe but also to check out all that Michelle has to offer. There are some great recipes available for you to make and/or save to your recipe box, see her amazing soaps, and love all the animals on her farm.

Hope you all have a great Friday & a wonderful weekend!
